We proudly offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. This warranty ensures that your Novurix™ product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Issues with product functionality as advertised.
What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs.
- Damage caused by power surges, improper installation, or environmental factors.
Exclusions for Other Regions
Customers outside the United States and Canada, including Europe, Asia, and other regions, are not eligible for warranty coverage.

- No Warranty for Excluded Regions: Customers outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for repairs, replacements, or refunds under this warranty policy.

How to File a Warranty Claim (U.S. and Canada Only)

General Terms and Conditions
